I know it’s hard to believe, but we’ve been at this blog thing for a whole year already. I know, you can’t believe you’ve been waiting eagerly every Saturday morning at 8am for the email to arrive to update you on what we’ve been up to for an entire year now. Time does fly when you’re having fun. Well, this anniversary brings with it something very exciting for us.

This morning we leave on our family trip to southern Utah and northern Arizona. That’s especially exciting for us because that is where the inspiration to start this blog came from. A hiking trip to Utah and some time away from all the things that bombard us on a daily basis. Then BOOM! A brilliant idea of genius proportions struck—Why don’t we tell other people about how much the hobby of hiking and adventuring means to us. As ideas go, it may not be on par with sliced bread, toilet paper, or the internet, but we felt it was something we wanted to share with others.
We are going to be doing some things on social media over the next few weeks to let you be a part of what we’re experiencing as we hike the national parks and monuments of the Southwest. Here’s a few ways you can keep up with us.
